Being A Kappa

Though Kappa Sigma Psi is a newer national organization, we are committed to providing our members with an amazing sorority experience. We are dedicated to making their collegiate years and beyond as memorable as possible; complete with sisterhood activities, lifelong friendships and personal growth. By joining the sisterhood, you are opening many doors for yourself. You will have the opportunity to network with alumnae and active members from other chapters/colonies, participate in philanthropy events, hold a council position, etc. Life as a Kappa holds limitless possibilities.  ​​

Academic Excellence

Kappa Sigma Psi understands that academics come first. We expect all our members to strive for academic excellence while in their undergrad and post-grad studies. Each chapter is required to hold mandatory monthly study sessions. We also require chapters to provide members with  information about academic help and resources available on their campus so they are well informed about their academic options.

As Kappa Sigma Psi continues to grow, we also continue to increase our membership. Many of our alumnae members have graduated with honors from their post-secondary institution. We have members pursuing medical degrees, law degrees, education degrees, some members already work in athletics, broadcasting, journalism, film, events planning, you name it! We encourage our members to study hard and aim for success.
